Methods of delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. Sportmania undertakes to inform the customer of any delays to the deadline announced availability of the product
The delivery time is based on the announced date of shipment of goods. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are to be added to the initial delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of transportation and the quantity ordered. Refer to the section transport of the website in order to have more precise information on delays and transportation costs.

Cooling-off period

You get a cooling off period of 10 days from the date of delivery of the package, or 15 days from the date of order, if you choose to remove your goods to the depot Sportmania or a relay point PickPost .

Within this period, the product can be refunded or exchanged. Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the product return form, which you can download in the "Commitments"

As part of a claim, it will take place within 48 hours upon receipt of the package. Contact us for a return number but beware the cost of return are your responsibility and a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price including tax. In the case of an exchange, no cancellation fee will be deducted to the customer.

The law of reflection can not be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. For example, fasteners requiring a specific drilling skis for a shoe size.

Privacy

For data processing, Yournet meets the standards, in particular the Federal Data Protection and the relative order. Are recorded, saved and processed only the data necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations for the care of the relationship with the customer and the guarantee of a high quality of service regarding the performance and infrastructure.
