Responsibility

The store declines all responsibility linked to the use of purchased products. Any accident related to a material breakage, a fall, or a dangerous use cannot be attributed to the Sportmania store. The buyer acknowledges accepting the risks linked to the practice of Freestyle and Freeride sports and cannot hold the Sportmania store responsible for all or part of an accident. The customer is responsible for having his equipment and adjustments checked by professionals upon receipt of the products, such as the adjustment of the ski bindings, and more particularly in cases where the store does not have the customer's shoe to check the adjustments.

Monthly invoice with part payment option (PowerPay)

With the monthly invoice (PowerPay) - you can pay your online purchases easily by invoice with a part payment option.

MF Group / PowerPay as an external payment service provider offers the payment method "payment via invoice". At the end of the payment process PowerPay takes over the resulting invoice requirement and handles the corresponding payment option.

Additional fees will apply according to the terms and conditions of PowerPay, if you choose to pay in instalments or if you do not meet the payment deadline of the invoice.

Methods of delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. Sportmania undertakes to inform the customer of any delays to the deadline announced availability of the product
The delivery time is based on the announced date of shipment of goods. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are to be added to the initial delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of transportation and the quantity ordered. Refer to the section transport of the website in order to have more precise information on delays and transportation costs.

Cooling-off period

You get a cooling off period of 10 days from the date of delivery of the package.

Within this period, the product can be refunded or exchanged. Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging.

As part of a claim, it will take place within 48 hours upon receipt of the package. Contact us for a return but beware the cost of transport are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange, shipping of new product is at our own cost, if clearly mentionned in the product description.

The law of reflection can not be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. For example, fasteners requiring a specific drilling skis for a shoe size.

Privacy

For data processing, Yournet meets the standards, in particular the Federal Data Protection and the relative order.
