Product availability
Product availability is monitored in real time. Stocks are updated automatically after each order and our warehouse is located in Switzerland, thus guaranteeing optimum delivery times. Some rare products are only available to order, and are mentioned as such in the details of the product. In this case, lead times are variable but generally do not exceed one week.
At Sportmania, we are committed to deliver on time and keep you informed throughout the delivery process. If the delivery date is in excess of more than a week than originally reported, we offer a full refund at no cost.
Satisfaction guaranteed
Sportmania is committed to satisfy you 100%, and it is not just words. So if you find that some of our commitments are not met, you will be refund the full amount of your order and within 48 hours upon receipt of your claim.
Furthermore, in case of size issue, defective product, or even if you change your mind, you have a cooling off period of 10 days from the date of delivery of the package.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the product return form,which you can download here .
Your product will be exchanged or a credit will be mailed upon receipt of the package. The cost of returning the package are always at your expense.

Product warranty :
The products we sell are manufactured by brands known for their reliability. As such, they benefit from a manufacturer's warranty against hidden defects. This warranty is subject to normal use, we will intervene with the manufacturer for your issue is dealt with in the shortest possible time and with the best care.
For ski and snowboard equipment, Sportmania offers breaks insurance in addition to the manufacturer's warranty allows a refund within 15 days (or exchange) of the product, if it is not repairable. This insurance costs 30 CHF for one year and covers the cases related to an injury sustained violently, suddenly and unintentionally. See terms and conditions of insurance proposed by the European Travel Insurance AG. An option against theft and loss is also available for an additional 18 CHFand valid for one year.
If you have a problem with a product ordered from sportmania.ch, you must request a return number from our customer service by email or telephone before returning your equipment.
Free tips and installation
At Sportmania, skiing is our passion and we will be happy to advise you in choosing your equipment. You can also find many advises in the "Tips" section for choosing your size or advice on equipment maintenance.
We can achieve for you for free, installation and adjustement of your bindings on your skis or snowboards according to the information you provide at the time of the order (size, weight, level, practice ...). Our technicians have in depth technical knowledge, to guarantee maximum security. You can also buy some skis only, and bring your own bindings, we will be happy to set them.

Sportmania works with recognized financial institutions such as Aduno and Postfinance that ensure optimal security of datapassing through Sportmania.ch bank. No data is retained by Sportmania, banking, and privacy is guaranteed through encryption (SSL padlock displayed at the bottom of the browser page).
