Kästle

The Kästle brand is an Austrian ski brand founded in 1924 by Anton Kästle who built his first pair of skis in his workshop in Hohenems, and started a unique heritage. In the following decades, Toni Sailer, the Sisters Epple, Pirmin Zurbriggen, Tom Stiansen and countless other ski legends representing Kästle, won a total of 132 Olympic and World Cup medals.

In 1998 Kästle suddenly and surprisingly disappeared from the market. In 2007, thanks to an investment group with Rudolf Knünz, Kästle returned to the international ski community and again created skis which were to set standards for the whole industry: passing on construction technologies and apply the development of the revolutionary Hollowtech to all-terrain skis.

Kästle is characterized by the high-end positioning and the quality of these skis, as well as very sober and easily identifiable designs.

Our store offers the different models of the range, starting with the RX performance track collection, consisting of the RX 12 Slalom and RX 12 Géant, 2 very efficient skis on hard snow. Also at Sportmania, the all-mountain MX collection for expert skiers as well as the DX for intermediate skiers. The MX 75, MX 83, MX 88 and MX 98 are the skis that we prefer in the different widths offered.

The most recognized range in our store is the Kästle range for ski touring with the famous TX models: TX 77, TX 87, TX 93, TX 103 with a light construction and incredible qualities on and off piste.

Finally, you will also find the Freeride range with the FX 96 and FX 106 HP skis, as well as the FX 96 W woman model but also the new ZX 108 for intermediate skiers.
