New for 2024, but available now in 50 L, the new Wingfoil Allround Board is the most modern design to come out of our designer Gunnar “Chinatown” Biniasch brain.
Gunnar spent a long time testing and refining the new concepts on this board, making sure everything worked in harmony.
Release Rocker 2.0: The Tail rocker has been increased to maximize the acceleration and allow the board to release from the water with no resistance.
Deep Concave Deck: The Deep Ergonomic Concave in the deck give you maximum control as it locks in your front foot without being uncomfortable. The concave is deepest under the front foot and gets more shallow towards the back of the board. To prevent the water from pooling at your feet, the concave extends all the way to the back of the board which creates a channel for the water to escape.
Concave Rails: The new concave rails concept allow you to have two boards in one. Instead of a straight beveled rail, the Concave Rails allow the board to sit a bit deeper on the water when displacing, which gives you increased roll stability, but when you pump the board, the top board is effectively removed from the water and only the reduced hull is planning which greatly helps the release of the board from the water.
Round Bottom Hull: The Hull features a round bottom hull. This helps the board accelerate in displacement mode, getting you more initial speed before you start pumping up. The round Bottom Hull is also less hard on your knees when landing jumps or hitting chop.
HSH (Hard-Soft-Hard ) Rail Progression: The bottom rail is sharp near the Tail, but has a softer section under the front foot, which gets sharp again at the nose. This makes the water entry onto the rail profile more efficient and channels the water under the board.
