We may find ourselves out of stock on a size for a given product.

Sportmania regularly updates its prices to offer the best in Switzerland. If lower prices occurs within 10 days of your order for a product, Sportmania committed to providing you a voucher in the amount of the difference.
To do so, simply contact us by email or phone and we will send you the voucher as soon as possible.

Generally, the cost of delivery is free from 200 CHF or 200 EUROS purchases

If you are not present during the delivery, the postman will leave a calling card showing with a trackng number and a phone.

The delivery time depends on the stock availability and the delivery method chosen. On each product page you will find product availability, with three possible cases:
At Sportmania, we are committed to deliver on time and keep you informed throughout the delivery process. Thus, if a product is unfortunately not available within the time specified, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay and offer you a refund without charge if the proposed new date does not suit you, and exceeds by more a week than originally reported.
Always remember to check the status of the package upon delivery.
If you find that the package was damaged (ripped packaging, product flush and visibly damaged ..), we advise you not to accept delivery because it is the responsibility of the carrier.
The parcel will be returned and we will provide you with a new product instead.

You get a cooling off period of 10 days from the date of delivery of the package, or 15 days from the date of order, if you choose to collect your goods.

The products we sell are manufactured by brands known for their reliability. As such, they benefit from a manufacturer's warranty against hidden defects. This warranty is subject to normal use, we will intervene with the manufacturer for your issue is dealt with in the shortest possible time and with the best care.
For ski and snowboard equipment, Sportmania offers breaks insurance in addition to the manufacturer's warranty allows a refund within 15 days (or exchange) of the product, if it is not repairable. This insurance costs 30 CHF for one year and covers the cases related to an injury sustained violently, suddenly and unintentionally. See terms and conditions of insurance proposed by the European Travel Insurance AG. An option against theft and loss is also available for an additional 18 CHFand valid for one year.
