The bridge between the frontside and backside, the KORE 87 offers performance in a lightweight package. HEAD's weight-saving focus does not mean soft. HEAD fuses light Graphene into the KORE 87's tip and tail for even weight distribution. Light but stiff Karuba wood in the core is sandwiched by a triaxle weave carbon layer adding responsiveness. A sandwich sidewall construction, vibration absorption properties underfoot and a new topsheet shape round out the KORE 87's ability to charge or cruise.
Our experts say: The Kore 87 ski head is the narrowest in the range, it is a great all-mountain ski that never disappoints under any conditions. Obviously, if it falls 40 cm fresh, it will seem a little small to the eye but for the 99% other conditions, it will be a real Swiss knife. Our experts love the Kore 87 because it is a real alpine ski with character but a lot of agility in all conditions thanks to its light weight. One of the best skis of any brand in its category.

LIGHTNESS The revolutionary construction has been topped with a polyester fleece instead of a standard top-sheet. This topless Tech construction results in the lightest ski in its category. The triaxle weave of its carbon layer provides additional torsional rigidity for supreme responsiveness and solid edge hold.
FLOTATION The Graphene fused tip and tail allows us to reduce and redistribute weight throughout the ski. The thinner profile enhances flotation in soft snow and maximizes maneuverability.
CONTROL While the shock absorbing Koroyd gives the skier precise control in variable terrain, the ski provides strong torsional stiffness and great stability.
SANDWICH CAP CONSTRUCTION Is the world cup sandwich construction with a Cap that wraps over the top edge of the sidewall to make the ski more suitable for all mountain skiing.
KARUBA Light Weight Wood Core KARUBA wood core is what gives the ski its pop and personality. It‘s the perfect ratio of density and weight. The advantages of combining Karuba, Koroyd, and Graphene enhance the ski, making it light and balanced. Tip-Tail Rocker
