Ride is our Mid-Aspect-Ratio series, primarily designed for wing foiling. The wings perform well across a wide range of conditions, from flat water to waves, guaranteeing fun for beginners and experts alike.
The design is very user-friendly with an early takeoff and a low stall speed. The behavior is very pleasant and controllable. The Ride front wings are very fast and have just the right touch of agility and stability, making them excellent all-rounders. When carving, the wings have outstanding tip breach recovery, meaning that the tips can break through the water surface without drawing air and causing an unpleasant stall.
The 85 cm Charger aluminum mast has the perfect length for beginners who have just learned to fly. The long 710 aluminum fuselage and the Ride XL stabilizer also provide solid stability and smooth flying.
Care for aluminum parts:
Simply rinse the connections and screws with fresh water after each use.
If the foil will not be used for a longer period, it is best to completely disassemble it.
Regularly check the anodes in the aluminum base plate and in the adapter. These wear down over time, which is normal. If the foil is used in saltwater, this happens faster. The anodes should be replaced if they are broken or cracked.
Before reassembling, make sure to coat all screws with a thin layer of Tef-Gel. This helps prevent them from oxidizing or seizing!
