Designed by our engineers in collaboration with Candide and perfectly suited to all terrains and all conditions, the CT 2.0 is undoubtedly the most prominent model in our range. Its very versatile 102 mm skid combined with the specific Candide Thovex shape, stance and flex create a ski that allows you to have perfect pop on kickers, to do butters on breaks and to chain curves effortlessly. Designed with Candide Thovex, the Candide 2.0 has become the benchmark for fun all-mountain freestyle and the most popular ski among lovers of the Faction brand. The Candide 2.0 is a hybrid ski between a freestyle ski and a freeride ski, which has gained muscle this year with almost 200 g on the scale to send even bigger, and a rubber pad to absorb shocks. Some experts found it almost too easy for them, so the brand decided to strengthen the flex for more precision on track and at high speed. Core: Poplar is a soft, hardwood with a light color, which has good flex and pop, as well as a great ability to absorb vibrations. Beech is a darker colored hardwood that is heavier and adds rigidity and dynamism. This allows us to obtain rather light skis which have excellent grip and which are dynamic between the curves, while retaining a flex flexible enough to make ollies, slashs and butters on all terrains that the mountain offers.
