Information from Rossignol:
The industry standard for all piste skis. Designed by World Cup race engineers, the Hero Master LT is for skiers who want the ultimate in World Cup construction, with a more "playful" radius than the FIS mandated radius. The Master LT has the same innovative construction as our FIS World Cup giant slalom skis, but with a slightly shorter radius, while remaining relatively long and giant slalom oriented. The sidecut is tailored to the size of the ski so you can select the weapon of your choice for early morning carving. Prop Tech technology in the front contact point of the ski provides precision, consistency and increased power transfer for improved grip and stability.
Technology: LCT Technology | Cascade TIP Technology | Full Titanal Layer | Rectangular Full Sidewall
TITANAL CONSTRUCTION
TITANAL laminates optimize damping, stability and torsional rigidity for maximum power, precision and downhill performance.
Ash wood cores are dense, durable and heavy, which helps optimize damping (eliminating vibration) and stability.
Sidewall constructions feature a layering of core materials (wood, fiberglass, metal, etc.) and full-length vertical sidewalls to optimize edge grip, precision, balance and power.
The Sportmania opinion:
The Hero Master is the most athletic of the non-FIS models, so it's for experts who aren't afraid to heat up the thighs. Its durable ash wood core and titanal reinforcements keep it looking good through many runs, so it never loses its sportiness. An experienced skier is worth two! In summary: Relief, precision and incredible grip on hard snow.
