How to choose your binding?

For alpine bindings, weight and support is essential, the most important will be the maximum DIN chosen, from 4.5 for children to 18 for the most costal. For touring bindings, you will have to weigh the pros and cons to make a compromise between lightness on the climb, dynamism, support and safety on the descent.
