Before and after wearing the winter mask, disinfect your hands or wash them thoroughly with soap and water.
Grab the mask at the bottom and pull it over your head. Be careful of the filter when putting it on.
Grab the mask by the ears at the top edge and pull it well over your nose and mouth.
When removing the mask, grab the upper edge (on the side near the ears outside the filter area) and pull it over your head.
Since this product is a hygiene product, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
