The Starboard Sprint Carbon Sandwich is the fastest paddle board in both flat water and small chop. The 14*20.75 is for riders up to 80 kg's, the weight of the board is only 11 kg !
The Sprint is the fastest race paddle board as it has won more races in the last 3+ years than any other board in the industry.
2022 is a leap year for the Sprint, Starboard have completely redesigned the hull and have seen the highest performance increase to date.
Despite the outline width being wider than the comparable 2021 model, it is faster overall due to the sharp slicing nose.
The wider midsection through to the tail gives stability and helps control the nose tracking during sprint starts and turbulent waters.

The rails are angled inwards, with a low apex for buoyancy and float, while the top of the rail is angled inwards to prevent water resistance. The inward rail results in the waterline of the board feeling a narrower surface, reducing friction for a faster longer lasting glide

| Specificities | Features include: • Super light-weight biaxial Carbon is laminated over the entire hull for the lightest weight, best strength ratio and most efficient flex. • The mid-section of the board has stiffer UD Carbon side stringers to maintain the rocker in that critical area, thus optimizing glide. • Thin high density PVC is used on the entire board minimizing resin uptake and maximizing strength. • 0.6mm thick wood reinforcements are localized right below the standing platform to further enhance the longevity of the extra high density PVC sheet on the tray. • This is the lightest and strongest race board construction we have ever offered.
